Test Manager – Fixed Term Contract to June 2027

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing function across a large-scale enterprise systems transformation, with a focus on HRIS, workforce management and SAP-enabled business processes. This is a significant fixed-term opportunity through to June 2027, suited to someone who has successfully delivered testing across complex enterprise technology programmes impacting multiple business functions.

In this role, you will be accountable for developing and delivering the overall testing strategy, managing testing resources, and ensuring solutions are thoroughly validated before deployment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, project teams and governance groups to coordinate testing activity, manage risks and defects, and provide confidence that systems, processes and integrations meet business requirements.

You will lead the successful delivery of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and operational readiness activity, supporting a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. The role will require strong quality assurance discipline, transparent reporting, effective issue management and the ability to build confidence with stakeholders across the programme.

We are looking for someone who has delivered testing across a large-scale enterprise systems implementation, ideally with exposure to HRIS, workforce management, SAP or other complex business-critical platforms. You will bring a strong understanding of test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and governance reporting, along with the leadership capability to guide teams through a complex programme environment.

Key experience sought:

• Proven experience leading testing across a large-scale enterprise systems, HRIS, workforce management or SAP implementation.
• Strong background in System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and operational readiness.
• Ability to manage testing resources, risks, defects and dependencies across complex project environments.
• Experience working with vendors, business stakeholders, project teams and governance groups.
• Strong reporting, issue management and quality assurance practices.
• SAP experience would be highly regarded.
