About the Roles:
Depending on the opportunity, you may be involved in:

• Leading or contributing to multi-year workforce planning cycles
• Translating business strategy and market trends into workforce initiatives
• Forecasting workforce supply and demand and developing future workforce models
• Delivering workforce analytics, reporting, and insights to support decision-making
• Supporting remuneration reviews, organisational change, and workforce optimisation initiatives
• Building dashboards and providing trend analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
• Identifying capability gaps and supporting talent pipeline and development strategies

Key skills:

• Experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, organisational development, or related field
• Ability to translate business needs into practical workforce solutions
• Strong analytical capability, including forecasting and data interpretation
• Experience working with people data, reporting tools, and HRIS systems
• Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at multiple levels
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Opportunities across both strategic and analytical workforce planning roles
